Mr. Pierry graduated Cum Laude from University of Washington with a B.A. in History, and attended USC law school. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1987. He has specialized in personal injury litigation and workers compensation cases throughout his career. In 1995 he successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the case of a longshore woman, resulting in new, favorable law for injured longshore workers. He appeared before the United States Supreme Court in both 1995 and 1997 in the Rambo Case. In 1997 he presented the oral argument before the Justices which resulted in a new favorable law for longshore workers.
