Very disappointed. I had a scheduled appointment today 09/29/2022 at 1:30 pm. The appointment was confirmed by phone-call with the office the day prior (they called me to confirm). We showed up at 1:20. We were let in to the office bu a staff member, who told is an attorney would see us soon. We waited til 1:45 pm and left. They never came to tell is they would see is soon, or that they were running late. They just completely ignored us in the waiting room. It is now 4:30 pm and they still have mot called us to apologize and tell is what happened. I guess they just did mot want our business. I am vey disappointed and feel i was disrespected by this law firm tht seems to have great reviews.
I first met their representative at a chamber function and was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. I spoke to a few of their clients at the same event - all had positive things to say. Since then I have spoken to one of their attorneys regarding an insurance liability issue. His advice was very helpful.

All work that has been done has proven to outshine my expectations, and it's proven to be both timely and efficient.

Stay away from this lawyer completely! Do NOT pay fees in advance. Robert will give due dates he doesn't plan on keeping.. repeatedly.. for months. I sold my business over a month late because of a contract he quoted would take a week turn around that turned into over 6 weeks. The sale date was March 1 and I had to hunt down my copies of the paperwork. It's now April 21 and I still don't have the board minutes he contractually agreed to produce OR any confirmation that he submitted the paperwork to the state to show the lein on the business I sold. Terrible experience from beginning to end. Do not be fooled by his knowledgeable sales call to get you to pay a flat fee. He doesn't plan on working for that fee. Since that sales call, there wasn't a single step that was completed on his end that didn't have me on the phone repeatedly to get it done. And now I have to finish the work myself anyway. I'd give zero stars if I could.
