Norma and Julie – My gratefulness and gratitude is to both of you for the professionalism way you dealt with my case. I don't think I can ever 'THANK YOU' you enough for your guidance and help. You both are caring individuals who care about your clients and run an 'Amazing' firm as well as the most outstanding, knowledgeable, most definitely “RESPECTFUL” people I had met. Gratitude and “Appreciation” is all I want to express to you both. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
Norma and Julie were very friendly and an amazing team during the entire process. Norma was very accommodating for scheduling calls even after work hours when we needed, and their professionalism and handling of everything even during the uncertain times of Covid-19 was reassuring. Pricing is extremely reasonable, as well. They made the several months working with them to be as stress free as possible, and we would highly recommend anyone who is unsure of how to begin the bankruptcy process to look into them! Thanks for everything again, Norma and Julie!
Norma is extremely knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. Not only did she look out for my best interest, but she worked long hours to ensure your case is properly handled, which made the overall process that much faster. Her counterpart, Julie, is equally as amazing and acted as the perfect liaison. She consistently kept me up to date with what was happening and was always quick to reply to any questions that I had. Both these women are professionals and highly skilled at what they do.
My experience with Southern California Law Advocates was very positive. Making a decision to file for bankruptcy is not easy and can be very stressful. Attorney Norma Duenas and her legal assistant, Julie helped me navigate through the process with ease. They offered a payment plan to help me budget for the fees prior to filing. The fees are reasonable and, more importantly, they will do the best job to make sure there are no problems along the way. Highly recommend!
I knew the situation that I was in with insurmountable debt with the IRS and old business debt was not a good situation. I researched everything that I could in regards to them and found about the business debt exception that would allow me to bypass the means test. I began interviewing attorneys about 6 months before I was ready and was ready to give up because they all said I would have to file a chapter 13. I found Norma in searching the business debt exemption in one of her blog post. After our first meeting I immediately retained her. She allowed me to make payments. I worked with Julie, who is wonderful, to get all of the documents they needed in a timely manner. Whenever I asked a question it was answered within a timely manner, within 24 hours but in most cases the same day. My chapter 7 case now has been closed following the timeline I was told. If you have a complex case I highly recommend Norma and Julie.
